ThomasNet.com provides its forum community to help connect users with a common
interest in various industrial categories. The site is maintained as a
courtesy to those who choose to access it (hereafter termed "Users").
Provision and use of any ThomasNet.com forums are subject to the following
Terms of Service. These terms are subject to change without notice. By using
any of the ThomasNet.com forums, individuals agree to all of the standards
and terms listed below. ThomasNet.com is brought to you by Thomas Industrial
Network, a wholly owned subsidiary of Thomas Publishing Company LLC.
1. Responsibility
Please note that the opinions and comments
expressed within the ThomasNet.com forum community do not necessarily

2. Forum Rules
ThomasNet.com editors reserve the right to bar any
individual from use of the forums if it has been determined that said individual
has ill-treated the forum or otherwise behaved in a manner not in the best
interests of other forum users. Any such determination made by ThomasNet.com
staff is final and is not subject to dispute, legal or otherwise.
Users are responsible for the content of their posts, messages and forum
communications. When using the ThomasNet.com forum service, users agree
to adhere to the following rules:
- Users may not post, link to or publish advertising or promotional
"spam." Users can post or link to information pertinent to a post provided
it is deemed suitable and useful by ThomasNet.com forum editors and
moderators. All spam will be removed from the forum site, and users
responsible will be subject to permanent removal from all ThomasNet.com
forums.
- Users may not post, link to or publish unlawful, indecent,
inappropriate or abusive messages. Any such messages will be deleted from
the ThomasNet.com site, and individuals responsible will be subject to any
legal action taken due to the content such material.
- Users may not publish, post, link to or otherwise disseminate harmful
or dangerous content, including (but not limited to) viruses, spyware,
adware, Trojans and other data-mining software.
- Users may not impersonate any person or entity, including other users,
law enforcement officials and ThomasNet.com representatives.
- Users may not violate any copyright or intellectual property laws.
Users must have the right to post any information, including (but not
limited) to all video, audio and picture data, that they submit to the
ThomasNet.com forums.
- Users may not interfere with other users, collect personal data or
sensitive information on other users, or otherwise inhibit another
user's forum experience.
- While some off-topic discussion will be tolerated, users are urged
to post and publish information related to forum subject matter. Excessive
off-topic posting, completely unrelated material, and obvious "trolling"
are subject to deletion or thread-closing. Please keep posts on topic
and pertinent to the general forum concept.
- ThomasNet.com editors and moderators may contact users via email in
regard to their use of the forums.
- Forum access is limited to persons age 18 and over.
- Registered users bear sole responsibility for their account and password.
ThomasNet.com reserves the right to suspend or change account access for
security and privacy purposes.
- Users may not promote the violation of the ThomasNet.com terms of
service agreement.
- Users may not manipulate forum rankings or other forum statistics for
personal gain. Any action taken in this regard will constitute a violation
of the ThomasNet.com Terms of Service.
- Potential service emails from ThomasNet.com may not be considered spam
and be blocked or negatively listed on any service.
3. Intellectual Property
By posting on the ThomasNet.com forums,
users grant ThomasNet.com and its affiliates non-exclusive rights to reproduce,
alter or otherwise disseminate all information included therein. Contents of
the ThomasNet.com forums are copyright of ThomasNet.com, and they may not be
reproduced or otherwise published without the written permission of authorized
ThomasNet.com representatives. Users may download or store copyrighted
information solely for personal use. Commercial use is prohibited.
4. Registration and Privacy Policy
Forum registration is not mandatory.
Users may post messages or replies, and may access general forums, without
registration. This is subject to change without notice from ThomasNet.com.
Registered users may be offered access to additional or enhanced content, as
well as additional features.
Users of the forums are subject to the ThomasNet.com Privacy Policy.
5. Software Use and Disclaimers
Materials and software provided on the

any kind. ThomasNet.com technical staff may make periodic changes,
improvements or site updates without notice to users. ThomasNet.com is not
responsible or liable for any loss of information regarding the forums or forum
use as a result of these changes or as a result of regular forum operation. Use
